Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for refund to the original payment method.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Digital download items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. To start a return, you can contact us at ericamusheno@icloud.com.  Please include: Customer name, product name and quantity, and date of purchase.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 7162 Freedom Way. Mason, OH 45040

Additional Information:

  • Standard shipping rates apply.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ericamusheno@icloud.com.
